Temperature of air is about 30-32 °C, the sea is very quiet and silent, water temperature is about 26 °C. Days stand solar, rains short-term, the extremely rare, basically at night.
 March - May:
 The temperature of air and water is the same (30-32 °C, water temperature 26 °C), the sea is quiet and silent. Wind starts to blow and adds a cool, and on the sea there are waves by the end of May. At the and of the season there are days when ashore hang out a red flag – it is forbidden to swim. The sky tightens an easy clouds that adds softness and velvet to weather – on a beach, even at the hottest o'clock is comfortably enough. Rains short-term, basically at night.

Breakfast is not included. Restaurant in the hotel presents as Thai national dishes, and
European cuisine. There is a separate menu for children. Also you can have a lunch or dinner at cafes at Surin's coast or Bang Tao or cook yourself  having bought
products in the market or in Tesko.

  • Daily rates are quoted per apartment per night basis.

  • Balance is due on arrival (Due date for balance may be altered according to season)

            Cancellation Policy:
  • Canceling the booking 30 days (or less) prior to arrival date during peak season (7 Dec – 18 Jan) entire deposit will be charged.
  • Canceling the booking 30 days (or less) prior to arrival date during high season (19 Jan - 30 April and 1 Nov – 6 Dec) 50% of the deposit period will be charged.
  • Canceling the booking 30 days (or less) prior to arrival date during low season (1 May– 31 Oct) and one night charge will be applied.

    Early check in may be possible if there is no changeover on the day.
    Late check out may be possible depending on whether we have a changeover on the day. Please ask us first.
